In 2019, Stijn Berg founded SPB Legal B.V., operating under its registered trade name SPB Legal & Contracting. SPB Legal offers legal advice and contract management services, including advising renewable energy projects, procurement and contracting wind farms and energy storage systems (BESS).

Stijn advises on a wide range of subjects. He specializes in commercial contracting and advising of renewable energy projects, including associated infrastructure and financing. Stijn is active as a lawyer in on- and offshore wind industry since 2011, supporting contractors and employers.
