    Noblesfontein Wind Farm is located on Farm Noblesfontein in the Northern Cape region of South Africa and consists of 41 Vestas V100 wind turbines rated 1.8 MW each, with a total installed capacity of 73.8 MW.

    Noblesfontein Wind Farm is one of the projects awarded in Round 1 of the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) by the Department of Energy in South Africa. Commercial Operation Date was achieved on 11 July 2014.

    Stijn Berg negotiated key contracts regarding the supply, transport & installation and long-term operations & maintenance of the wind turbines. Legal advice from the pre-bid stage resulting in the project successfully reaching Financial Close and Commercial Operation Date on schedule.
